An annual film festival focusing on mostly audience and skills development in the film industry. The festival showcases stories from the African experience from Africa and through out the Diaspora.

The festival celebrates its 6th year in December 2009. Having held training workshops and screenings for the past 5 years.


The festival has hosted workshops from film industry greats like Daniel Derreckson from the Writing Studio, Director Portia Rankoane, Director and acclaimed actor Sechaba Morojele, Hollywood Actress Gabrielle Union, Director and Producer Owen ‘Alik Shahadah.


The festival has brought to the township the likes of Rapulana Seiphemo (Tsosti, Jerusalema, White Wedding, State of Emergency), Kenneth Nkosi (District 9, White Wedding, Tsosti, State of Emergency)
